Experience with UNIX, Oracle, WAS, and TIBCO products is a plus. ? Experience working with multi-discipline IT infrastructure teams(Engineering, Unix/Websphere/Tibco/DB administration, SAN etc.) ? Experience working on Disaster Recovery and Busines Continuity planning ? Ability to carry out administrative management responsibilities such as weekly status meetings, weekly status reports and financial updates. ? Ability to effectively interact with technical infrastructure staff, employees, business users and consultants. ? Experience working with one or more systems integration global outsource partners. ? Experience working in a large scale IT shared services environment preferred. ? Ensure project data is accurate and available for review by management and ensure that management is proactively informed of potential problems and risks so that risks can be mitigated or resolved before they become insurmountable. ? Demonstrated strong customer focus and client relationship building skills. ? Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives for complex, high-impact projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, systems and industry standards. ? Consults with the business clients to determine system functional specifications. ? Partners with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals; identifies and defines necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements. ? Provides direction and technical leadership; acts as technical resource in all phases of the development and implementation process. ? Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. ? Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment; identifies and communicates risks and impacts; proposes risk mitigation options. ? Provides expertise in area and an advanced level of understanding of the principles of business analysis. ? Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others (i.e., architecture or infrastructure) collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives. ? Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts; allocates work. ? Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions. ?
