*JAVA/J2EE * *Description:* Job Title JAVA/J2EE Relevant Experience (Yrs) 6 - 8 Yrs Technical/Functional Skills JAVE/J2EE Web Developer Java and J2EE standards including Servlets, JSP, JSTL, EJB, JMS, JAX-WS, Java Script, Jasper Report, etc. Good knowledge on Web Services Hands on experience on Debugging the issues at different layers like UI layer, Middle layer, Database layer and come up with work-around and do root cause analysis for the issue Strong working experience on WebSphere Application server 6.1 and Weblogic 8.x/10.x. Has sound understanding of various Infrastructure Authentication components such as WebServers, Siteminder, LDAP etc. Development Experience in Struts 1.x, Hibernate, Spring Framework and Web Services Oracle PL/SQL, Triggers and advance Query. SQL / query including adequate performances Internet standards such as HTTP, XML, SOAP, SMTP, Web Service Operating Systems including Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/2003 and Unix Experience working on development tools like Perforce, Eclipse, SOAP, CruiseControl, PI, TOAD, etc Total Experience Required 8-10 years Roles & Responsibilities - Analysis and debugging the issue at different layer of different java/J2EE Application including UI Layer, Java/Middle layer, Database Layer, App server layer. - Work with the junior developers to ensure quick resolution of issues. Provide technical guidance to the team - Ability to work on multiple issues at the same time and drive the issue resolution - Should be proactive and have excellent communication skills. - Come up with work around and lead root cause analysis for the issues. - Must have a good analytical ability and problem solving capability - Interact with different business relationship managers to understand the issue and provide timely periodic status update and resolution to issue - Provide documentations on root cause analysis and come up with documents for day to day operations procedures. Also come up with documents on work-around steps to be used by other team members. - Interact with different teams like Infrastructure team, Database team, Network team, Platform team and provide leadership on the issue resolution calls - Has work experience of Support Engagement and Troubleshooting issues in Complex environment of Java implementation - Share the lessons learned to different team members and mentoring other colleagues.
