*Software Development Engineer in Test** -*SDET Lead / SDET 3
Bill: $40-45-50/hr
Location: Andover, MA and Chevy Chase, MD (2 separate positions with the
same need / JD)
We are looking for talented, innovative and highly motivated SDETs with
strong technical skills. As an SDET- *Software Development Engineer in Test*
* *your primary responsibilities include rapid automated and manual testing
of features, adapting to changing requirements/processes, and driving
quality upstream in all phases of development.
* *
*Specific Qualifications: *
SDET Lead with 5 - 7 yrs of experience having primary responsibilities of
test plan creation, test framework approach, rapid automated and manual
testing of features, adapting to changing requirements/processes,
automation code review and driving quality upstream in all phases of
development.
* *
*Following are the required skillsets: *
1. C#, .Net Framework, Coding, Debugging
2. Test planning, estimation & strategy
3. Test Process/lifecycle including Test case generation , test plan/test
case review , bugs review & regression , etc..
4. Functional testing & fundamental ( performance , accessibility &
globalization/localization) testing
5. Test Automation using any framework ( Preferably MS framework) &
automation code review
6. Good SQL knowledge
7. Good Communication skills

*Good to have skills:*
1. TFS, SD, PS tools usage
2. CodedUI or any other MS framework ( KAF , RPF , MAUI)
3. CodeFlow
4. WCF knowledge
