• Program / Customer Management at Onsite for a managed services
engagement at LA
• Being the First level escalation with good Escalation management
skills
• Providing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for any issues raised by
customer and providing quick updates.
• Project tracking and status updating within the EPMO program to
the customer
• Attending status meetings and coordinating with offshore team
• Good Communication skills
• Providing Strategies to customer for project crashing and fast
tracking,
