*As this is with Federal Client there will be extensive Background check so
please make sure the consultant is aware of this beforehand.*
*Should have excellent communication skill as the position involves lot of
interaction with people like users, programmers etc. Its written and verbal
job. *
*Data Architect ---* they need to have a broad range of database knowledge
to begin a feasibility study weighing the pros and cons of different
relational databases. A lot of documentation will be done for the
department.
Knowledge of database sets – consists of schema repository and its
associated schemas and user databases
Going from mainframe to relational database
Absitic to ASCII
Hierarchy to Relational – tree like structure
Intimate knowledge of how to backup in a cluster environment
