QUALIFICATIONS • At least 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience (coding) • At least 4 years of hands-on development of C# enterprise applications (coding) • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with WPF desktop application development (coding) • At least 3 years of hands-on MS SQL Server programming experience using ADO.NET, T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and functions and general database design • Additional technologies desired: MVVM, XAML, Expression Blend • Knowledge of the legal review and EDRM process a plus INDIVIDUAL EXPECTATIONS • A comprehensive understanding of software development methodologies and the demonstrated ability to design and develop complex software systems using Microsoft Technologies • Produce quality code according to system design and technical standards • Participation in project time and task estimation, code and architecture reviews, and documentation of system architecture • Transparent communication and definition of deliverables throughout all phases of the development life-cycle (project definition, process mapping, architecture, coding, acceptance testing, installation, turnover to support, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES • Designs, develops, tests, debugs, maintains, and documents software components • Adheres to standards for software development set forth by the organization • Develops and communicates time estimates for project deliverables • Designs and builds elements of integrated systems • Maintains and enhances existing software components and systems SKILLS • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving • Must be self-motivated • Customer oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment • Strong organizational and analysis skills, with the ability to meet deadlines • Thorough understanding of application design and development EDUCATION BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience If you have any questions please feel free to call me.
