*Urgent need. Interviews and hiring will occur very quickly. Looking for
Java expert who has experience leading other developers and directing the
work of junior developers. Hiring manager will screen resumes, interview,
and hire within one week. *
*UI Lead*. This position will act as UI Lead on a new, large, strategic
project. Project is the first project of a multi-year, multi-project
program. Senior leadership is required. REQUIRED . 5+ years . Strong Java &
JEE programming skills with web based application development experience
(JSP, Servlets, XML, AJAX, Style Sheets (CSS), XPath, XQuery, HTML and
JavaScript). . Experience with Spring MVC, and JavaScript frameworks like
ExtJS, GWT, YUI. . automated builds (such as BuildForge) . dependency
management (Maven or Ivy) . Eclipse . Tomcat . Subversion (SVN) PREFERRED .
Someone who could help get good software engineering practices (repeatable
builds, branching/merging techniques), automated testing, etc.) . Strong
documentation skills . Ability to mentor and facilitate development . Will
be working with both requirements analysts and development team - needs to
have ability to communicate technology in business terms . Flexible and
creative.
