*Job description*
*The Web Application Software Developer will work with the project team to
design and develop an ASP.NET MVC web e-commerce application to support a
major advertising initiative.*
*Key Job Functions*
*·** **Collect and review existing technical documentation*
*·** **Work with the Business Analyst, Architects and Software
Developers to understand the problem domain and arrive at effective
solutions to meet the business needs.*
*·** **Work with the Solution Architect and other Software
Developers to design, develop and document the web application.*
*·** **Document technical decisions, design and architecture for
inclusion in required technical documentation*

*Qualifications** *
* *
*Required Technical Experience*
*·** **5 years of experience working with object oriented design,
with a strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and
related concepts.*
*·** **5 years of experience working with C#*
*·** **3 years of experience working with Web Services including
REST*
*·** **3 years of designing and building ASP.NET MVC applications,
with recent experience in ASP.NET MVC 3*
*·** **3 years of experience working with jQuery and JSON*
*·** **2 years of experience working with Unity, StructureMap,
Castle Windsor, or Ninject*
*·** **2 years of experience working with NHibernate or Entity
Framework 4*
* *
*Preferred Experience *
*·** **2 years of experience designing and developing applications
using SQL Server 2005/2008*
*·** **1 year of experience working in Visual Studio 2010 and .NET 4
*
* *
*Other Experience*
*·** **Demonstrated proficiency and experience in documenting
technical details in a variety of contexts, including white-boarding, UML
and system diagrams.*
*·** **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.*
