Represents our company on external Web Marketing, Sales, and Care functionality and enterprise projects /enhancements that impact website properties. *Assesses organizational readiness to support new campaigns, products, technologies, and acts as Web Email Strategy team representative for deployments. *Provides direction to agencies, vendors and 3rd parties. *Develops email campaign performance metrics and associated forecasts with direct reports.
