· Sequence diagrams

· UML
· SQL to query against database
· Technical writing - definition, maintenance and versioning of enterprise
name space
· Translate business requirements into technical specifications
· Perform Risk Analysis - Identify, document and communicate Risks
· Excellent Presentation skills across all management levels
· Excellent written and verbal skills across all management levels
*Deliverables and services:*
Support Enterprise Technology in the development and maintenance of current
business physical data models.
2) Develop and define alternate use cases and sequence diagrams of the
physical implementation of Ministry Operating Events.
3) Development/definition and maintenance of current enterprise technology
interfaces. Document and manage these interfaces.
a. Contract definition
b. Business rules associated with this interface
c. Users of this interface
d. Versioning
e. Error handling
f. Overall document owner.
g. Defines enterprise classification of services.
4) Support Enterprise Technology in the development of current customer
(internal, partner country and field office) interfaces (services and
messaging).
5) Develop enterprise wide customer (internal, partner country and field
office) data architecture and data migration including data cleansing
strategy.
6) Liaison with Enterprise Information Management to resolve business
process and data issues.
