*Skills / Experience*:
* NEXUS Switch experience (MUST)
* 5-7 yrs. data center support and installation experience
* Experience with LANNVAN technologies. IP addressing, VLAN, Spanning Tree
* Experience with OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and MPLS
* Cisco Certified Network associate (CCNA-Network) or equivalent experience
* Excellent verbal (including phone) and written communication skills
* Know/edge in telecommunication networks topology and network connectivity.
* Strong knowledge of Layer 2 & 3 data network environments
* 5 -7 years of experience support / installing data center networks
* Must be self-starter and willing to assist with junior level tasks as
needed Example: VLAN
* Configurations & IP addressing
* Experience with application monitoring tools
* Experience troubleshooting Spanning Tree issues
* Experience configuring Catalyst Switches
* Experience in troubleshooting technical LAN problems in a critical high
availability area
* Experience in change management
* Expert in PC hardware, OS and software preferred
* Experience in infrastructure hardware
* Experience with Server hardware
* Experience with the Microsoft application suite
* Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced, high traffic technology
driven environment
*Responsibilities*:
* Provide technical support for network related issues
* Work with internal / external customers to resolve LANNVAN trouble reports
* Install / configure network hardware
