Strong design and development skills in WebSphere Portal 5.x and above * 6. Strong experience in Administration and Maintenance of WAS and Portal Server Clusters (vertical, horizontal) and deployment of applications in highly available, load balanced production environments. 7. Experience with fundamental Portal navigation and usability techniques 8. Experience with Portal architectures, functional components, interfaces, and processes 9. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
