*Reason for Request. *Client needs to add overall FLEX expertise to their
team for new development and enhancements of their Disney product line.
*Description*
Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or
specialized programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of
optimizing operational efficiency. May analyze and design databases within
an application area, working individually or leading development as part of
a team.
· Solve complex problems by conferring with systems analysts,
engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain
information on project limitations and capabilities, performance
requirements and interfaces.
· Develop and direct software system testing and validation
procedures, programming, and documentation.
· Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine
feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
· Will be responsible for delivering and maintaining frameworks,
tools and standards to enable consistency in the environment, re-use and
time to market of business functions.
· This person is expected to project manage and provide technical
leadership on any team.
· Develop requirements, architecture, design and test plan
documentation.
· Provide leadership and mentoring for other developers and
contractors.
· Conduct research on emerging software, languages, and standards
in support of procurement and development efforts.
