Position: Project Manager Location: Des Moines, IA Duration: 6 months+ Client: 1212005031 DAS , State of IA Direct Face 2 Face required Description: The successful candidate must meet the requirements and possess the experience and capabilities listed below: • Able to start immediately. • A work history demonstrating dependability. • 4-6 years project management & analyst experience • 3+ years MS Project experience • Strong facilitation skills • Ability to gather business requirements and facilitate meetings • Ability to work within ITE's project management and SDLC processes • PMI designation desirable • Possess strong communications skills • Experience with Enterprise Architect desirable • Possess superior soft skills including the ability to: work with clients, negotiate requirements between stakeholders, work on a team, to lead and facilitate meetings, and the ability to adapt to existing processes • Ability to complete assignments timely and submit weekly status reports indicating progress on assigned tasks, performance against assigned project due dates, and identification and suggested resolution for issues having a potential to adversely impact performance and/or the project • Shall maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers, supervisors and customers and present a positive team environment and customer focus • Shall adhere to DAS ITE work rules.
