¨ Proven experience of 3-5 years with designing, architecting,
administering and implementing advanced *Microsoft infrastructure solutions*
.
¨ Proven experience in Microsoft infrastructure solutions, e.g.
implementing and configuring Windows 2003/2008 *server and desktop
Operating Systems*
¨ Proven experience in MS Office integration and *Office
Communication Server*.
¨ Proven experience in *Active Directory* configurations and
migrations.
¨ Proven experience in Exchange configurations and migrations.
¨ Proven experience with Microsoft Security initiatives.
¨ Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
¨ *Current *Certifications required in the Microsoft Infrastructure
specializations
¨ References will be required and requested for all design, migration
and upgrade projects.
¨ Ability to apply technical knowledge to perform all functions.
¨ Proven effective service techniques with excellent communication
skills.
¨ Proven analytical and problem solving techniques.
¨ Ability to work as a proactive, resourceful, cooperative and
respectful team member.
¨ Strong written communication skills required for preparing
appropriate documentation for requirements definition, server planning,
network, and demos
