Looking for a self-motivated leader to guide an experienced, fast-paced,
high-profile, geographically dispersed, agile development and testing team
in developing state of the art mobile apps.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Gazelle business owners to provide input and help shape
the Gazelle strategic roadmap
- Translate user needs and business objectives into intuitive, engaging
product features
- Maintain awareness of digital consumer trends and technology advancements
- Identify, analyze and prioritize new features
- Communicate business objectives to the development and testing teams
- Guide product requirements and user experience wireframe design for
mobile applications across multiple mobile platforms
- Plan and deliver on-going Gazelle product releases in support of the
roadmap
- Coordinate development efforts of multiple offshore development teams,
3rd party vendors and cross-functional Quest Diagnostics teams
- Maintain close ties with the Gazelle support organization to ensure
smooth transitions to new releases
- Ensure Gazelle releases adhere to the Quest Diagnostics project
development and life cycle processes
- Analyze performance of existing mobile apps
- Recommend stability, usability and feature set improvements
- Proficient in all Software Development Life Cycle phases
- Comfortable with traditional and agile project development methodologies
- Experience working with international and geographically distributed
teams
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate both
technical and business issues
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to converse with internal and external stakeholders at varying
levels of seniority
- Strong grasp of user-experience design
- Ability to write technical and customer documentation in a clear and
concise manner
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment where information,
resources, and priorities can change quickly
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work autonomously
