- Technical Implementation Engineers.
- The successful candidate must be capable of helping to lead and support
simultaneous projects; possess excellent communication, analytical and
problem solving skills.
- Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, administration, and
operations of our Video Applications.
- Performs a variety of highly complex analytical duties in the planning,
deployment, testing, and evaluation of video products, and services.
- Develops, produces, and reviews documentation and manuals for other
employees to utilize to resolve complex problems.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong background working with MS window Server 2005/2008
- Excellent knowledge in Active Directory Management and Group Policy
configuration
- Desktop System roll out and Enterprise User level management
- Hands on Knowledge on MS Cluster Service configuration and implementation
- Manage and monitor DHCP, Allocate IP addressing by using DHCP, Design
DHCP scope, DNS, SMTP
- Performance fine-tuning of windows platform and securing IIS
- WMI and VB script coding
- Detailed Windows Scripting knowledge
- Demonstrable Oracle, Network knowledge
- HP, Dell Hardware knowledge a plus
- Excellent written/oral communications skills, listening skills and good
technical documentation skills
- Proven ability to develop professional and personal relationships, with
co-workers, business partners and customers
- Exp. w/ software loads
- Ability to support/troubleshoot.
- Experience installing windows patches.
- Experience working with Oracle
- Customer interaction/customer facing experience
