* A strong understanding of core Java and computer science principles:
data-structures, algorithms, etc.
* Solid OO Design and Design Pattern knowledge
* Programming for n-tier environments using technology such as Java,
Spring, Hibernate, and JMS.
* Strong unit testing using JUnit
* Agile Software Development Methods (XP, SCRUM, FDD, etc.)
*HUGE PLUS….** At least 1 year developing Android applications with at
least one product in the market.
