Strong experience in a support and administration role working with the IBM
WebSphere Application Server family of products (IBM WebSphere 6.x or 7.x)
2+ years experience in DataPower appliance administration experience
Hands on experience in creating the security policies, data power objects
and firmware upgrades
Strong experience in installing and configuring WAS in a clustered
environment for highly scalable and high available applications
Thorough understanding of how to configure security, according to various
security standards supported by DataPower
Strong knowledge of XML and XSLT that used to define objects in DataPower
Experience in maintenance tasks, applying firmware patches etc
Familiarity with SOAP, WSDLs, XML, and related Web Services concepts
Experience with IBM MQ and message broker is a plus
Strong experience in troubleshooting, tuning and must have worked in a 24X7
environment supporting mission critical applications
