Application Director, work toward meeting the Production support KPI; and
provide technical solutions on support tickets and projects.

• Crystal Reports Development Experience
• ORACLE Database experience
• Analysis of Issues
• BO knowledge
• Direct customer interaction
• Excellent communication skills
*Skills Desired*:
• Qlick view
• OBIEE
• Manufacturing / Production Support environment
• Experience communicating with and having meetings between
Offshore / Onshore teams
