General requirements of position****

Individual will provide guidance and direction in the area of SAP
performance. ****
Individual must have the ability to work with diverse *SAP teams such as
BASIS, ABAP and Production Support.* ****
Individual must operate independently with minimal direction.****
Individual must have experience working in complex technical environments
with *many large integrated systems*. ****
Individual must possess strong analytical skills to assess performance risk.

Ability to ask the right questions****
Ability to analyze raw data****
Historical Data analysis and trending****
Draw accurate conclusions from the analysis of raw data****
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)****
Understand business requirements and how those requirements impact system
performance****
Ability to conduct/facilitate meetings****
Strong follow through and organizational skills****
Strong MS Office skills particularly with excel****
Solid understanding of performance testing practices and techniques****
Ability to document test results, analysis, and processes****
