*Must Have:* Candidate must have at least 5 years of two-factor authentication and/or PKI design, management and/or support experience Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to produce usable and maintainable documentation Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel Time management skills with proven ability to effectively coordinate multiple tasks *Qualifications:* Advanced knowledge of two-factor authentication and PKI concepts, best practices, and procedures Strong working knowledge of Windows client/server, Unix/Linux systems, Mac OSX, and VMware is a plus Expert level troubleshooting skills at all layers of the OSI Model. Experienced in the areas of design, implementation, administration, troubleshooting, and documentation of two-factor authentication and PKI solutions Advanced level understanding of Active Directory Broad understanding of all aspects of IT and enterprise systems interoperability. Good working knowledge of SQL Basic understanding of the auditing principles of Sarbanes-Oxley and Gramm-Leech-Bliley Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems / Management Information Systems preferred but not required *Other Information:* On-call support may be required as Tier 3 support.
