*Relevant Experience (Yrs) *: 8-10 yrs of Experience in PeopleSoft FSCM.
3-5 yrs of Testing lead experience in GL and AP modules. Good knolwedge
from PeopleSoft functional standpoint.Knowledge in QTP testing tool,
Project Management skill is mandatory; experience in System Testing or
Regression Testing will be an added advantage.

*Necessary Skills*:
- Comfortable with Process-flows & Functional-flows
- Interact with Functional and Technical Team to resolve issues &
conflicts as needed.
- Knowledge of requirement-gathering methodologies and Software
Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Basic knowledge of PeopleSoft Query.
- Commitment to delivering a high quality work product.
- 30% Functional Knowledge; 70% Technical Knowledge.

*Desired Skills:*
- Basic understanding of Component Interface, SQR, other PeopleSoft
Utilities Application Engine & Workflow in Peoplesoft 8.x version. Good to
have ETL/Cognos Knowledge.
End-to-end Implementation/Testing experience in 8.x version.
*Roles & Responsibilities*:
- Understand the functional requirement for the PeopleSoft Financial
modules.
- Review the test plan for the PeopleSoft Financial modules.
- Review the test cases as per the functional requirements.
- Review the step test cases and test scripts, as per the design.
- On time deliveries for System testing, Integration testing and
Regression testing.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on project progress and
outstanding issues.
- Identify the risks and execute mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance to quality procedures.
*Generic Managerial Skills*:
- Able to plan/track tasks/activities
- Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
- Coordinate with offshore as necessary
