Hi,

I am having following requirement with one of our client. Please send me
matching profiles along with expected hourly rate and contact information

*Title: Oracle Time and Labor Techno Functional resource*

*Duration: 6 + months*

*Location: Louisville, KY*

*Work Schedule: M-Th, 10 hr days*



A techno/functional resource with any Time and Labor experience would be
considered.  PeopleSoft is not a necessity for this role.



Client runs Oracle R12 for Financials and Time and Labor which tracks time
for its 423 employees including 200 hourly union workers and temporary
employees. The OTL system is heavily customized due to the unique nature of
the employees and in particular business rules for union workers. Some of
the key challenges or common issues they face include holiday pay-many
times union workers forget to change schedules on holidays and it impacts
the system, lump sum payouts to hourly union workers rather than increasing
their hourly wage per given year, guaranteed minimum hours for hourly
workers, the calendar year for has been changed to March 1-Feb 28 which
causes challenges to the T&L system, this person will be supporting the day
to day functions around T&L including code changes, code reviews,
troubleshooting, issue resolution, configuration changes if needed, working
with users to understand key issues and helping them devise the appropriate
solution. Person must have strong T&L knowledge and if they have experience
interfacing T&L to PeopleSoft for Payroll it is a big plus. The client runs
PeopleSoft 8.9 for Payroll which is weekly including off cycles. The ideal
candidate will be someone who has strong coding experience in Oracle PL/SQL
and who has strong understanding of the Time and Labor module.

When not working on any T&L issues consultant will support other FI modules
that are in place: Project Tasks, AP, AR, GL, Project Accounting

PeopleSoft HR/Payroll development experience




*Technical Environment: *Oracle R12 for Financials, OTL, Project
Accounting, PeopleSoft 8.9 for HR/Payroll

*Non-technical Skills (i.e., communication, problem solving, etc.): *strong
analytical AND problem solving skills, Ability To work closely with all
level of leadership AND employees

the Oracle ERP systems. This is a small environment so the persons work
