management within KP.
· Controls the scheduling, job setup, input/output control operations
of the Production Operations unit, has technical responsibility for
assigning directing and checking the work of other staff, in support of any
of the functional duties within production support area.
· Recommends and assists in the development and implementation of
maintenance policies.
· Ensures Support and Administrative documentation is current
· Creates and maintains KPEG Run book, keeping it in synch with all
changes.
· Ensures offshore support staff is fully trained at all times.
· Owns the Incident and Problem management for KPEG. Defining and
continually improving associated processes.
· Ensures all incident information is captured, trended, and reported.
· Identifies potential issues that can be reasonably anticipated and
defines plan to resolve.
· Identifies reoccurring issues, determine root cause, and defines
plan for resolution.
· Ensures KPEG’s availability and performance meets all SLAs
· Must quickly learn and apply new technologies
· Must be able to train other in areas of expertise
· Will coordinate offshore support activities
· Will help define offshore/onshore managed service for the KPEG
application
· Creates, standardizes, and maintains reports showing incident
management and problem management activity status.
· Strong understanding of Claims EDI (5+ years)
· Strong understanding HIPAA transactions and validation, specifically
837i/p, 835, 270/271, 277U, 277CA (5 +years)
· Full knowledge of HIPAA 5010 and ICD 10
· Strong understanding of X12 and XML (5+ years)
· Strong understanding of System Integration (5+ years)
· Strong AIX Unix skills (commands, jobs, scripting)
· Expert in system integration development (8+ years)
· Strong troubleshooting skills
· Strong WMB/MQ skills
· Strong file transfer skills and associated technologies
· Good Oracle DB Skills
· Strong Ability to resolve issues and perform root cause analysis for
solutions using the following technologies and standards
o HIPPA Validation using Foresight
o X12 mapping using WTX
o System Integration using WMB/MQ
o Script running on AIX Unix
o Oracle Database
o SFTP / Tivoli Workload Manager
o Web application running on Windows Server
· Expert in onshore/offshore strategies.
· Strong and aggressive personality balanced with professionalism and
positive persuasiveness
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
