Title: *SharePoint Developer*
Location: *Downtown Manhattan, NY and Secaucus, NJ (Ability to commute to
Downtown Manhattan and Secaucus, NJ every week as required.)*

*Summary*:
Lead the IT implementation of Microsoft SharePoint 2007 for
the company in partnership with the Director of Process Improvement &
Communications.
Gather business requirements and provide recommendations
based on best practice solutions.
Train and mentor Gatekeepers on SharePoint functionality.
Provide out-of-the-box thinking when resolving issues.
Solve business needs while managing cost and risk.
Demonstrate project experience with regard to estimates,
planning and deliverables.
*Technical Skill Requirements*:
· SharePoint: SharePoint 2007 required; also,
· SharePoint 2010 preferred.
· SharePoint Designer
· Microsoft Office
*Leadership Skills*:
· Identify the root cause of problems;
· Develop and implement creative and pragmatic solutions.
· Once implemented, suggest areas of continuous improvement – find
innovative ways to improve existing use of the tool and introduce
technology solutions that are scalable, flexible and consistent with
business needs.
· Excellent problem solving skills.
· Excellent project management skills.
