*Sr Scrum Leader*
*Rate**: *$50 /hour
*Work Location:* Windsor, CT
We need *Senior Scrum Leader* with the following skill set for an immediate
requirement at Onsite
- At least 3 years experience as a scrum leader
- Must be able to shepard a team through a high pressure fast track
SDLC, as they pace through an extensive set of defects to be resolved, and
handle new intake and requirements.
- Must track all people, tasks, and responsibilities from one part of
the SDLC to the next.
- Must be willing to meticulously track every item from intake to
implementation.
- Must be able to facilitate these discussions quickly and very crisply.
Average size of group 30-40 people.
- Must have excellent communications skills with the ability to
articulate to senior management when necessary.
- Experience in Large Scale Data Warehousing and Reporting
Initiatives/Implementations Desirable.
- Experience with Oracle and Informatica and Business Objects based
projects a plus.
- Experience in Health Care a plus.
