migrating our CMS from Stellent to Alfresco and needs a* Sr Java Developer
with Alfresco experience.*
*Senior Java Developer Experience Required:*
• Experience working in a team on a complex-phased new technology
medium sized web projects****
• (critical) Jboss 5 or later experience****
• Understand methodology (preferably RUP)****
• Several full life cycle implementation projects****
• Worked on different aspects of the project, not just a small
slice****
• Extremely hands on development with Java, J2EE on JBoss ****
• Worked with Seam, Struts, Hibernate, and other open source
technologies****
• Experience working with SQL (on any database – Oracle, SQL
Server, mySQL)****
• Database design and normalization****
• Has done some Design (UML, Design Patterns)****
• (critical) Has been responsible for the Technical Design for an
entire project or sub-project****
• (critical) Experience with Alfresco Content Management, Web
Content management****
• (critical) Experience with large content migrations from one
system to another (Documentum, Alfresco, Stellent, etc)****
• (critical) Strong experience with Web Services****
• (nice to have) Experience with Flex****
