Job Title : Network Admin Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 7- years Technical/Functional Skills : To help develop, design and enhance Client's Global Networking Infrastructure. This includes testing and hands on solutions. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in LAN/WAN operations with some VOIP experience. Network Services such as WAN Optimization, Load Balancing, VoIP, Video Conferencing, Contact Center, Multicast, A strong commitment to technical excellence and teamwork will be required. .Experience with Cisco equipment in a Production Environment . Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience . Comprehensive knowledge of L2 technologies-VLANs/VLAN tagging, Spanning Tree, Ether channel . Comprehensive knowledge of L3 technologies-IP Subnetting, IP routing, BGP, OSPF , VRRP . Experience with physical layer technologies-Gig/10G Ethernet, CAT5/6 cabling, Fiber . Experience with network load balancers (Cisco CSS, ACE, A10), Proxies, and WAN Accelerators . Experience with network security- firewalls/ACLs, VPN services . Basic understanding of VOIP technologies . Core Network Services - DNS, NTP, syslog . Understanding of IPSEC and VPN Technologies . Dedication to exceeding quality standards and providing services of the highest caliber . Excellent multi-tasking and leadership skills . Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; capable of writing purchase justifications, training users in complex topics, making presentations to an internal audience, and interacting positively with cross functional Teams. . Analyze current and new network service requirements and provide appropriate solution proposals where needed .
