*Experience Required: *The candidate should have good knowledge of
requirements gathering and designing business processes in IBM Blueworks
Live. Candidate should be able to help Customer get started with BPM and
gradually help them evolve in Business Process Management solutions. The
BPM Business Analyst develops an understanding of the current and future
business processes to facilitate the development of the business
requirements. BPM Business Analyst interfaces with the client business and
technical staff, as well as TCS consultants .
*Roles & Responsibilities *: Required
· Should be experienced in business process design, modeling using
proper BPM standards
· Minimum 5 years industry experience
· Minimum 2 years BPM business analysis experience
· Facilitate meetings with client business and technical staff
· Documents business requirements and manages requirements review
and approval process
· Supports development staff in understanding requirements and
resolving related issues
· Supports/develops test plans, test scripts and test conditions as
need
· Provides user support post-deployment as needed
· Exposure to Retail and Pharmacy sector is preferred.
· Should have strong experience in IBM BPM V7.5 Advanced suite of
products and related IBM BPM products
· Must Experience on IBM Blueworks Live
· Nice if have experience on Lombardi, Websphere Process Designer,
Integration Designer ,
· Experience in Understanding of Business Process Management and
workflow
· Leadership , People management skills
· Exposure to Retail and Pharmacy sector is preferred.
· Experience on Customer facing skills for business development
opportunities for BPM offerings
· Lombardi Teamworks, IBM BPM Certification is preferred.
*Generic Managerial Skills*: Good Leadership capability, Excellent
Analytical Skills, Ability to work under pressure, Good communication
skills.
*Education: *Bachelor of Engineering or MCA or MS /M.Tech
