Requirement study, business process mapping, customization, training, user
interactions, solution designing.
*Relevant Experience (Yrs) *: 7+ Years

*Experience Required *
- More than 2 Lawson S3 implementation experience
- Experience communicating both verbally (on phone, one-on-one, to groups)
and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to all levels of
employees and with other departments.
- Experience in Lawson 4 GL development
- Experience in Design Studio
*Roles & Responsibilities *:
- Implementation of Lawson S3 modules.
- Customization requirement gathering and solution desigining
- Development using Lawson 4 GL
- Lead a team of developers
- Unit and System testing of customizations
- Customer front ending and communication
*Generic Managerial Skills *: Good Team player, Excellent Analytical
Skills, Ability to work under pressure, Good communication skills, Does
continual learning.
*Qualification *: Bachelor’s degree required with a emphasis in
computer science preferred.
