*Experience Required: *The SharePoint Architect is an experienced delivery
resource for top tier clients and complex industry leading projects. To be
successful in this role, the SharePoint Architect will demonstrate
experience with migrating Lotus Notes Application into SharePoint using
Office 365 cloud environment, understanding business requirements ,
documentation, and consulting service delivery skills. . Must be able to
oversee and execute from design inception to delivery with a high degree of
credibility.
*Roles & Responsibilities *: Required
· Minimum 7-10 years industry experience
· Minimum 1-2 Lotus Notes to SharePoint Migration Experience
· IMPORTANT- Experience on migration from Lotus Notes to SharePoint
2007/ 2010
· Strong expertise on SharePoint 2007 and 2010.
· IMPORTANT: Expertise on Quest tool
· IMPORTANT: Experience on Microsoft Office 365 Cloud environment
· Should have experience with 3rd party migration toolkit
· Ability to convert the high level requirements into a technical
architecture design
· Ability to develop deliverables including solution architecture
and strategic design architecture documents
· Ability to work with business and technical resources at multiple
levels within the client organization
· Should be well aware on administrative activities of Central
Administration like Setting up Farms, web applications and web sites,
Search, Timer jobs,
· Schedule Jobs, Application management and Operations.
· He should be able to work on custom development using C# which
includes webpart, features, workflow using sharepoint designer and visual
studio,
· Infopath, Business Communication Services, Excel Services, Form
Services, themes, css etc.
· Should also have experience on deployment processes.
· Should be familiar with SharePoint Designer.
· Strong Leadership quality - managing offshore team and driving
the whole project according the timelines
· Ensuring Deliverables are met.
· Experience in Cloud and On Premise Implementations
· Ability to develop code and work closely with technical
development team
*Generic Managerial Skills *: Excellent Analytical Skills, ability to
work under pressure, good communication skills.
*Education: *Bachelor degree in business management, computer science or
related field.
