*Experience Required * Admin experience with wireless
mobility solutions such as BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES), Good Mobile
Messaging and Exchange ActiveSync
Admin experience with other Mobile Device Management Solutions like
MobileIron, Zenprise and/or Boxtone a plus
Recent (within 2 years) system admin experience with one of the following
messaging systems is required; Exchange, Domino, GroupWise, IMAP, POP, SMTP
Experience troubleshooting wireless mobility server configuration issues a
plus
Superior knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems i.e. Windows 2008 Server,
Windows XP, Windows 7
Experience troubleshooting handheld devices like BlackBerry, Android,
Windows Phone and iPhone a plus
5+ years of Information Technology, LAN Administration and
Telecommunications experience
Ability to configure, manage and troubleshoot in complex IT environments
(virtual instances, clustered environments, WAN*s, etc.)
Experience in client server architectures a plus
Technical expertise of firewalls, proxies, software distribution, network
infrastructures, IP addressing and SSL certificates
Technical wireless data communications experience i.e. GPRS, EDGE, EVDO,
1xRTT
DNS configuration and IP routing concepts
Firewall and DMZ configuration and/or troubleshooting
VPN and other security related concepts
CCNA certifications a plus
