· 5 Years experience as a Technical Team Lead
· 5 Years experience with Java and XML
· 3 Years experience with Architectural standards and SOA
technologies
· Experience with Oracle SOA Suite 11G is a must
· Hand-on experience on installing, configuring and tuning Oracle
SOA, BPEL.
· Performance tuning Oracle SOA Suite and composites
· Good understanding of SOA, Web Services, BPEL standards
· Strong verbal and written communications skills, able to
communicate with technical resources and upper management

*Roles & Responsibilities*: This position involves evaluating complex
customer requirements, preparing functional and technical specifications,
development, testing, and implementation of cost effective solutions to
keep pace with business demands
* *
*Generic Managerial Skills*: Provide technical leadership for application
enhancements and projects to include estimating work effort, assisting
management in providing project timelines and relevant technical details,
serving as a mentor to junior or less experienced team members, and
performing software design and development tasks. Enforce software quality
measures through code and design reviews, unit testing, and minimization of
manual processes as well as supporting QA resources during testing phases.
Emphasize security and compliance considerations throughout the software
development cycle.
