Position: *Senior Release Engineer*
Location: *Boston, MA*

in Boston, MA*
*Duties/Responsibilities*:
· Manage and maintain JIRA projects, workflows and process.
· Monitor and maintain and proactively adjust system and server
health of all tools.
· Prepare and package software Releases.
· Package, validate and troubleshoot Release assemblies throughout
non-production environments.
· Adhere and enforce governing Release/SCCM policies and
procedures, and contribute to their refinements over time.
· Partner with release engineers, developers, QA engineers, peers
and other technical owners to provide timely and quality build resolutions.
· Knowledge/Experience/Education Required:
· 5+ years experience in system administration.
· 2+ years of day-day use and management of JIRA and Subversion.
· Ability to multi-task and work effectively with limited
supervision.
· Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle, Software
Configuration Management practices, Release Management methodologies.
· High degree of energy and commitment to work
· Experience with Unix, Windows Server, Java/J2EE.
· Working knowledge of Perl, Ant, Maven, Windows, and Unix shell
scripting.
