*Technical Skills:* Java (Core Java, Server Side Java, Enterprise Java),
XML Technologies, Webservices, SoapUI, Axis, CXF, Metro, Spring, Web
Servers, Web Application Servers (Tomcat, Jboss, Weblogic, Websphere).



*Skills & Responsibilities:*
1) Experience of atleast 2 projects, in Leading Enterprise Java
Applications/B2B Applications.
2) Expertise and experience in owning and designing applications using Java
technology stack (Java programming language, Web Application Server, Web
Server) and UML.
3) Lead the System Study and Analysis efforts.
4) Expertise and experience in Java/J2EE Design Patterns and Integration
Patterns.
5) Expertise and experience in Webservices based applications using Java,
Axis, CXF, Metro, SoapUI, XML. Expertise and Experience in Webservices
client applications.
6) Knowledge of SOA concepts.
7) Establish best practices and guidelines.
8) Hands on experience in SDLC (RA, Design, Coding & Unit Testing,
Integration, Deployment, Launch, Maintenance).
9) Expertise and Experience in setting up system environment, access
permissions, SSL Certs etc and troubleshoot concerns.
10) Experience in Windows, Unix, Linux platforms.
11) Expertise and experience in SCM and Build process using Ant, Maven, SVN.
12) Assist PM in project planning (WBS - tasks, goals and milestones),
estimations and schedules.
13) Design and own technical and project documentation.
14) Own end-end project execution.
15) Guide the Customer team in Self-certification.
16) Liaison between and coordinate with customer, development, QA and
Management teams.
17) Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement
solutions.
18) Very Good English Communication skills (both written and spoken),
Customer handling skills, Time management and Strict adherence to schedules.
19) Leads in Customer Facing Team - Good to have Spanish speaking skills.
20) Experience in handling onsite/offshore teams, assigning work to the
team and handling parallel (multiple at a time) projects.
21) Lead, train and guide team members in both technical and functional
aspects.
22) Should be willing to work in shifts and flexible timings.
