· Identify design gaps and propose solutions
· Carry out Code Review , Formulate and/or review test cases
· Identify supportability gaps
· Attend and fix production issues. Handling Incident Management
and Work Request.
· Coordination with client and Business users for Incident
management.
· Analyze application stability and take action accordingly.
· Identify temporary fix and restore issues in within defined SLA.
· Identify recurring issues and provide permanent fix through
Problem Management.
