rollout projects. Exposure to ITIL framework & Quality Center for defects.
Preferred experience in Retail domain.

*Experience Required* 3 – 4 years
*Roles & Responsibilities*:
· Attend and fix production issues. Handling Incident Management
and Work Request.
· Coordination with client and Business users for Incident
management.
· Analyze application stability and take action accordingly.
· Identify temporary fix and restore issues in within defined SLA.
· Identify recurring issues and provide permanent fix through
Problem Management.
· Identify design gaps and propose solutions
· Identify support Role requirements for new releases
*Generic Managerial Skills*:
· Willingness to work in a collaborative onsite\offshore support
model
· Proposal of solutions for design gaps and problem management
· Use of metrics to support continual transition improvement
