knowledge.

Skills & Responsibilities:
1) Should have very good communication skills in English and Spanish.
2) Should be willing to work in shifts and flexible timings.
3) Should be well conversant functionally with Windows, Unix and Linux
Operating Systems.
4) Thorough understanding of Customer's deployment architecture and software
components & inter component communications.
5) Well versed with any IT Service Management work-flow and processes.
6) Experience in providing Technical L1/L2 support.
7) Troubleshoot environment, connectivity and applications related issues.
8) Analyze system and application logs and perform initial investigation for
the issues reported/identified.
9) Segregate & Categorize, Prioritize, Report and Track Issues/Service
Calls.
10) Generate daily, weekly reports and share them with the stakeholders.
