Additional details:
Customer bought 2 DD 860 Archiver units.
They are a NetBackup shop. Their plan is
to deploy a new instance of Netbackup to
use with the DD 860s and also introduce OST
as part of the integration. They are also
looking for this person to have RMAN backup
experience.
We will be setting up a 100day Archiver
policy on the 860s.
The expectations for the resident will be
to pick up after the Rack/Stack, Power, Ping is
complete. Handle the OST integration,
work with the customer on best practices for
using the DDs in their daily operations
and helping with the migrations of clients from
the old environment to the new NBU
instance.
