*Job Title*: Oracle Developer – Performance Engineering Team
*Work Location: *Oaks, PA
*Rate: *$45/hr on C2C
*Relevant Experience (Yrs)*: 5+ Yrs
*Primary Role*:
· Interact with technical teams for gathering performance
requirements.
· Performance tuning using AWR ,Explain Plan, SQL*Trace, TKPROF
· Scripting using PL/SQL
· Export/import of data.
· Resolving deadlocks & contention issues.
· Rebuilding indexes when needed to avoid fragmentation and improve
performance, monitoring index usage and removing unused indexes
· Load Runner scripting and execution
*Required Skills*:
· Experience in Performance Tuning using *TKPROF, AWR, SQL
Profiler, *Explain plan, SQL Trace.
· Experience in Oracle *AWR report* generation.
· Experience in Oracle *PLSQL programming *language.
· Working knowledge of Load Runner is a plus
· Experience in installing, maintaining ,upgrading and patching
Oracle versions 11g/10g/9i/8i
· Experience in the investment management &/or transaction
processing domain.
· Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision-making and
presentation skills with ability to co-ordinate activities in a fast paced
team environment.
