To be qualified, candidates must have: 1. 5+ years of Core Java skills. Candidates need to be able to develop code from scratch, understand libraries, Java collections, develop Plain Old Java Objects, and threading/multi-threading. 2. 5+ years of Database experience in order to develop complex SQL queries and strong Oracle database background, strong understanding of how a database works, and make changes as it grows. 3. Web Applications (development of web Applications using Tools such as JavaScript, Restful, Tomcat, Spring) Nice To have: Unit testing with JUnit. This is a for a project in Rochester, NY.
