*Technical/Functional Skills*: Should have hands on experience in
Web-sphere Integration Developer (WID), Enterprise service bus (WESB) and
Web Sphere Process server
*Should be familiar with*
· IBM Websphere Process Server
· IBM Websphere Integration Developer (WID)
· Should have worked on mediation features of WID
· Creating Business process flows (BPEL) using WebSphere
Integration Developer
· Developing Web Services/WSDL to exchange information as part of
the process flow
· Creating SCA components
· Java/J2EE
Technically strong, Capable to drive independently, Interact with multiple
tech teams, End to end solution driven, Good Communication, Proactively
look for any issues/resolutions.
*Experience Required*: 6 years
*Roles & Responsibilities*:
· *Analyze, design, build, and test using Websphere Process Server*
· Work closely with the client resources
· Mentor junior Process Server developers if required

*Generic Managerial Skills*: Should have very good communication and
presentation skills. Should also be a good team player.
