This position will be assigned to a key project to support the development
of SAP Plant Maintenance application. The candidate must have strong ABAP
skills and be very familiar with all aspects of LSMW, BASI, BAPI, RFC in
the Plant Maintenance domain. This may also include custom field
development for tracking legacy data and loading plant maintenance records
such as maintenance schedules, warranty data and equipment masters. The
position requires a candidate with strong technical programming and
analytical skills as well strong business skills.

*Requirement details:*
• Develop data migration and load programs using SAP Tools such as LSMW for
loading legacy equipment masters, warrant data, BOM, Functional Location
etc.
• Develop workflows for notification routing, confirmations, etc.
• Develop custom fields in PM.
• Develop reports to confirm conversion and or identify data discrepancies.
• Develop Business Management Reports
• Develop Interfaces to 3rd party applications for displaying drawing and
BOM information.
• Identify discrepancies in data across multiple systems within testing
phase and recommend changes.
• Develop timelines for development, testing, and implementation of new
programs.
• Use the Mercury QTP for documentation and testing of the programs.
• Create and maintain user manuals and related documentation.
• Collaborate with project management regarding status of development and
report and issue and as appropriate.

*MUST have the following experience:*
• Development of load programs for loading equipment master data.
• Workflow development using SAP Workflow engine with standard and custom
development requirements.
• At least 5 demonstrated SAP Full Live Cycle project implementations in PM
with an emphasis in interface and conversion of Plant Maintenance data with
additional emphasis development of workflow.
• Candidate must have 4 - 6 years’ experience using ABAP and be proficient
at documentation, troubleshooting and testing.
• Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance modules including Service Management,
along with Procurement, Asset Management, Project Systems, Qualification
and Inventory Management when it touches PM.
• Good communication and presentations skills a must.
• Interfacing from SAP to external systems such as Bentley and a custom 3D
application for drawing information from within SAP.
• Solid understanding of the SAP tables as related to SAP PM and AM.
• Proficient in data extraction, interface and migration.
• Creating custom fields and loading plant maintenance data into the SAP PM.
