*Work Location*: Deerfield, IL, USA



*Job Description*: The candidate must be able to support one or more
project teams as the pre-production environments representative. This role
consists of reviewing the technical and architecture design requirements,
interviewing project team members, and translating this information into
detailed environment requirements. Candidate should also be able to
coordinate with external groups (our Enterprise Shared Services division)
to ensure the environment changes needed are enacted per the project
schedule. Candidate should be experienced in working with J2EE web
applications and in source code management and deployment tools. Candidate
should have the ability to quickly learn about the various Pharmacy
applications so as to understand how application modifications translate
into possible environment configuration changes.



*Candidate should be experienced in troubleshooting both client server
(Pro*C, Oracle, Perl, Tuxedo) and J2EE web applications across various
platforms.  *  *In addition, troubleshooting experience for Windows
applications and systems is preferred.  Candidate should be experienced in
source code management and deployment tools and techniques.*   *Candidate
should have the ability to develop and implement enhancements to these
tools in order to increase build & deployment throughput.*   Candidate
should have the ability to quickly learn about the various Pharmacy
applications so as to support daily environment and application issues in
Development.

*Relevant Experience (Yrs) * :  5+ Years

*Experience Required*
*Must Have*

·         Intermediate knowledge of *SVN, SQL (Oracle), Unix/Linux commands
and KSH scripting.*

·         Intermediate knowledge of the following web development languages
(HTML, PHP, PERL, and Javascript)

·         *Basic to intermediate knowledge of Bamboo and other tools within
the Atlassian suite* (Fisheye, JIRA) is a plus.

·         Experience with Tuxedo is a plus.

·         Basic knowledge of Cloud technology is a plus.

·         Knowledge of IBM’s Business Process Manager (BPM) tool suite is a
plus.

·         Ability to manage and coordinate the work of others

·         *Experience in planning, implementing, testing, and
trouble-shooting systems software. *

·                 *To identify, diagnose, and facilitate the resolution of
environment support issues and build errors *

·                 *To perform work in support of our project intake
function. *

·                 *To perform work in support of our continuous improvement
initiatives. *

·                 *To work independently and prioritize work with minimal
supervision. *

·                 *To communicate clearly and effectively. *

·                 *To learn quickly and adapt in a face paced support
environment. *

·         Experience in forming relationships with internal customers.

·         Experience working with system design and implementation in
specific areas, including networking/database management / email, security.

·         Experience in the development methodologies, database & systems
architecture concepts, and fully conversant in technologies used by WAG.

·         Ability to work independently and prioritize work with minimal
supervision.

·         Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

·         Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a face paced support
environment.

*Like to have*

·         Experience with Tuxedo is a plus.

·         Basic understanding of Pharmacy technology and concepts.

·         Monitoring and resolving health check alerts.

·         Preparing and presenting monthly metrics in review meetings
