*Roles and Responsibilities:*
- Actively participate in the requirements, design and build phases;
delivering high quality deliverables.
- Assist with planning and execution of unit, integration and user
acceptance testing.
- Ensure delivery of solutions within the structured timeframe.
- Provide technical expertise and ownership of technical solutions.

*Goal/Key Result Areas:*
- Provide thought-leadership to client Enterprise Architects and team
members across business and technical project dimensions
- Solving complex business requirements and technical issues.

*Education and Minimum Requirements:*
- Atleast 8+ years of experience in IT space.
- Experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment
of large scale Java centric enterprise
- Experience in J2EE (Spring, HIbernate, GoogleWebToolkit, MyBatis, XML,
Java Patterns) and/or Oracle and/or DB2 (Need atleast 6+ in J2EE)
- Experience in Websphere or Weblogic Application Server or JBoss
- Strong OO experience
Must be hands on with technology, able to develop Proof of Concepts with
existing or new languages/frameworks with ease
