*Job Title*: *SAP BW / POS-DM Support Consultant*

*Relevant Experience (Yrs)*: *4 – 6 Years*

*Technical/Functional Skills*:
· 4+ Years experience of BI/BW Development & Support.
· Experience of POS-DM is highly desirable.
· Experience of SAP ECC version 6.0 and SAP Netweaver BI version
7.0.
· Experience of ABAP programming would be advantageous
· Experience of SAP Retail preferred but not required

*Experience Required*: 5 - 8 years
* *
*Roles & Responsibilities*:
· Attend and fix production issues. Handling Incident Management
and Problem Management.
· Coordination with client and Business users for Incident
management.
· Analyze application stability and take action accordingly.
· Identify temporary fix and restore issues in within defined SLA.
· Identify recurring issues and provide permanent fix through
Problem Management.
· Identify design gaps and propose solutions
· Identify support Role requirements for new release/rollouts
· Create and Manage Work Plan/Transition plan for new
rollouts/releases.
· Participate in Release meetings with implementation partners and
Business.
· Root cause analysis for recurring issues as part of problem
management
*Generic Managerial Skills*:
· Any team/people management skills would be beneficial
· Excellent time management, communication and client facing skills
· Experience of supporting multiple sites in an international
environment
· Willingness to work in a collaborative environment with
Onsite\Offshore model setup
· Proposal of solutions for design gaps and problem management
· Use of metrics to support continual transition improvement
