The successful candidate should have 7+ years of *PeopleSoft Payroll
and HR*technical experience with working knowledge of
*Version 9.0*. Ability to define and document technical specs. Highly
skilled in understanding *core PeopleSoft Payroll* regarding
capabilities, *configuration
settings*, and available options to address requirements. Must be
self-motivated and capable of working with end-users, project and support
team members, and vendors. Must be able to identify viable technical
solutions and provide gross-level estimates. Experienced in developing and
documenting technical test cases.

*Roles & Responsibilities*:
As part of the Payroll IT Systems Team, will serve as the lead Technical
Developer for PeopleSoft Payroll system changes. Will work with management,
end users and team members to create and develop software solutions using
standard PeopleSoft tools, which includes *PeopleTools, App Engines, and
SQRs*, . Will create and review technical specifications, debug code, and
document systems. Will mentor junior developers. Work with Business
Analysts to ensure solutions match functional requirements. Also will
assist with Quality Assurance process reviewing other developer's code and
testing results.
