The successful candidate will be familiar with many frameworks and design patterns. The lead will be responsible for creating the implementation options, recommendations and technical designs. Someone that has been a developer reporting to a lead looking to take the next step will not be considered. The candidate must have proven experience as a lead. The expectation is that they know the options and won’t need an internal support structure to lean on for answers/recommendations. Specific Requirements: · 8+ years experience in Requirements Gathering, including leading stakeholder requirements and user focus sessions · Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation · Multiple projects using Agile Methodology to facilitate rapid prototyping and iterative delivery · Experience designing mobile apps or mobile optimized web applications · Significant Experience with public domain Web Site Design.
