*Senior Order To Cash Consultant (Onsite)*
Dublin Ohio
*Role
*– Lead the Medical Business Transformation (MBT) Order to Cash team from
onshore.
– Map to EIT and business process leadership on a daily basis
– Anchor the overall Order To Cash team from case and defect resolution
perspective.
– Should be able to track and handle the clarify case volume and new
defects generated in the system.
– Expected to anchor the defect resolution process from research, changes,
unit and regression testing to deployment.
– Co-ordinate with Wipro AM&S team as well as client managers on pending
work items.
– Would be overall responsible for the Service Requests and Enhancements.
– Would be required to contribute to different projects from SME
perspective.
– Should be able to report support metrics and SLA performance to client
managers and directors.
*Skill-Set
*– Good hands-on experience in SAP SD. Good functional understanding of
other SAP modules including FI-SD and FI-APO integration.
– Should have an overall experience of 12+ years.
– Should be confident to work in managed services environment with entire
leadership with Wipro team.
– Should have worked in large SAP implementation projects. Good exposure to
Go-Live and transition to Steady State.
– Should have worked in production support in complex SAP environment.
– Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and Team skills.
